1. Digital Product Refunds
All products and services offered on LOGO KART are primarily digital, meaning:
- No physical items are shipped
- Services or files are delivered digitally
For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product/service has been delivered.
2. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Misunderstanding of service scope
- Delays caused by incomplete requirements from the customer
- Expecting features not mentioned in the service description

- Design revisions not matching initial requirements

- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective
